Underwriting for Better Client Outcomes

This June, we invite you to step inside the world of underwriting, as we hear from some of Zurich’s most experienced minds about how we evaluate risk, what we can do to streamline the underwriting process and how you can improve your conversion rate. We also introduce our new Chief Medical Officer, Dr Bill Monday, who will share his insights on how we underwrite for specific conditions including mental health and the increasingly prevalent long-COVID.

Ultimately, this series is all about deepening your understanding of the underwriting process, leading to improved outcomes for your clients and creating a smoother process for all parties involved.
